5 Fabulous Spirit-Free Cocktails

Ready for 5 Fabulous Spirit-Free Cocktails? I’ve whipped up some delicious cocktails that you will love to serve at your next party!

For all my health-conscious family and friends who love cocktails, I created a few spirit-free options that don’t compromise flavour.

Coco Colada

In my take on a Pina Colada, the pineapple juice adds sweetness and the coconut cream adds depth ~ with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 can Blue Monkey Sparkling Coconut Water – Coco Mango
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ice
  • fresh lime juice and shredded coconut for rim and pineapple pieces and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients, except garnish into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
  • Place lime juice and shredded coconut on separate small plates.
  • Press the rim of a chilled cocktail glass into the lime juice and then the shredded coconut to rim the edge.
  • Pour Coco Colada into the glass.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sparingly on the top and garnish with pieces of pineapple on a stick.
  • Yield 1 cocktail

Berry Bubly

This is berry berry good! And the almond simple syrup smells amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup muddled blackberry juice
  • 1/4 cup almond simple syrup
  • juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 1/2 can bubly blackberry sparkling water
  • ice
  • fresh mint leaves and blackberries for garnish

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients, except garnish into a cocktail shaker and shake until blended.
  • Add ice to a glass and then pour Berry Bubly into the glass.
  • Add fresh mint leaves and blackberries to garnish.
  • Yield 1 cocktail

Apple Mango Blini

SHHH – It tastes just like a Cactus Club Bellini.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mango nectar
  • 1 cup Martinelli’s Apple Mango Sparkling Juice
  • ice
  • 1/8 cup pomegranate juice
  • small mango cubes or thin apple slice for garnish

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients, except garnish into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
  • Pour Apple Mango Blini into a glass.
  • Pour pomegranate juice over the top and garnish with small mango cubes or apple slice.
  • Yield 1 cocktail

Citrus Bomb

The Great Jamaican Bitter Lemon Soda gives this drink the perfect citrus bite.

Ingredients:

  • One bottle of The Great Jamaican Bitter Lemon Soda
  • 1/4 cup almond simple syrup
  • 1 can 7 Up Lemonade
  • lemon honey stick
  • 1 tbsp white sugar for rim and slices of lemon and lime for garnish

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients, except garnish into a cocktail shaker and shake until blended.
  • Place lime juice and sugar on separate small plates.
  • Press the rim of a chilled cocktail glass into the lime juice and then the sugar to rim the edge.
  • Add ice to the glass and then pour Citrus Bomb into the glass.
  • Add fresh lemon and lime slices to garnish.
  • Yield 1 cocktail

Dreamsicle

The perfect blend of orange and coconut tastes just like a classic dreamy creamsicle.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 can Sanpellegrino Sparkling Orange Beverage
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange honey stick
  • orange slice for garnish

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients, except garnish into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
  • Pour Dreamsicle into a glass.
  • Add orange slice for garnish.
  • Yield 1 cocktail

Almond Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Instructions:

  • Add the sugar, water and almond extract to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a small storage container and seal tightly with a lid. Cool in refrigerator.

Cocktail Tips

  • The amount of simple syrup used can be varied depending on your taste.
  • To make muddled fruit juice, gently mash the fruit in the bottom of a glass to release the juice and flavour.
  • All-natural honey sticks (various flavours) can be purchased at your local farm markets and honey farms.
